So haven’t gotten to strictly use it just yet hardcore wise. Turns on, charges in no time, not to heavy, can’t complain about the unit itself. Now the app on the other hand, looks and feels on the cheap side big time. Very like Chinese website feeling if that makes sense.

I have had this for 1 1/2 years ... and it started not working said it 100% changed but would not take a charge or let you power anything with it, would shut down after a few seconds. Contacted Bluetti and they and had me ship it back to them (keep your box if you buy one) and they ended up sending me a refurbished one that works great so far.

I have two units so my review is based on the combined experience. The units will not function as a UPS. They will randomly shut off for no reason. 1 unit despite light use has totally failed. It has a problem others have described, it shows 100% charge but will not operate with out AC input. I assume the company would fix it for free but that would be little help in SHTF situation when you have to trust the equipment you have at that time.
